European Corporate Wellbeing was established to offer clients a highly personal and professional service.
The Senior Management Team has extensive experience in corporate wellbeing having consulted on design and subsequently managing over 100 fitness and wellbeing facilities and associated services. The Team has developed a wide range of facilities from small, 750 sq.ft. one person sites catering for 300 members to large multi service facilities of 46,000 sq.ft. catering for over 4,000 members. In the last 25 years the Team has been at the forefront of corporate wellbeing and worked with many blue chip clients in the UK, Republic Of Ireland, The Netherlands and Germany.

Senior Management Team
Brian Davies – Chief Executive
Brian founded Tweedpark in 1981 and over the next 26 years developed the company into the largest provider of corporate fitness facilities in Europe. In 2003 there was a company rebrand and name change to Sona Positive Health, and then four years later the business was purchased by Nuffield Health.
Currently, Brian is the Chairman of the Fitness Industry Association ‘Technical and Health & Safety Board’ which sets the standards and code of conduct for the UK fitness industry.
Andy Bruen – Managing Director
Andy is a Physical Education graduate and also holds an MBA. He was one of the original founders of Tweedpark and has worked in the fitness industry for 25 years in both the commercial and corporate sectors. He was MD of Nuffield Health’s Corporate and Community Fitness Divisions for four years and set up many of the UK’s leading corporate fitness and wellbeing centres. He has considerable experience in designing centres, working with several leading UK architectural practices, and has an extensive knowledge of corporate wellbeing programmes.
Neil Gillespie – Operations Director
Neil is a sports science graduate and ACSM qualified, he has worked at a senior level in the corporate fitness and wellbeing sector for over 22 years. Until very recently he was Operations Director for Nuffield Health and responsible for the operation of over 100 sites in both the UK and Europe.
Terry Young – HR Director
Terry, a Physical Education graduate joined Tweedpark in 1984. He later became NEBOSH qualified and was appointed Company Director responsible for Health & Safety and Human Resources; a position he held for 23 years. At his time of leaving Nuffield Health he was responsible for nearly 1000 employees working in over 100 different locations and this role included the provision of nationwide locum cover. Terry is also a founder member of the Fitness Industry Association ‘Technical Health & Safety Board'.
